FAQs
Why did I only receive some of the items in my order?
Orders with multiple pieces may ship separately, but all items should ship within a week of your initial shipping confirmation. Although the shipping confirmation email shows every piece in your order,Â
itâs not reflective of whatâs in your first package. If you get multiple shipments, youâll receive a new tracking number for each package.
When will I know if my order has shipped?
Youâll get a shipping confirmation email from us once your pieces are on their way.
Why hasn't my package moved?
Keep an eye on the tracking link for a couple of days. If it still hasnât moved, your local post office will have the best idea of where your package will be. Still donât have an answer? Reach out to us.
Iâve emailed your team and havenât gotten a reply yet.
Our current response time is 1-2 business days. We have a high volume of messages and we appreciate your patience while we answer every message in the order we receive them.
As soon as your order has shipped, we'll send you a confirmation. It will contain a hyperlinked tracking number that will allow you to track your shipment and estimated delivery date through the UPS or FedEx website.

Material & care tip
If youâve spent some time shopping for jewelry, chances are youâve seen the term âsterling silverâ and wondered what makes a piece âsterling" silver rather than âregularâ silver.
Silver is a softer metal; on its own, it is generally not ideal for long-lasting pieces of jewelry and other items. But way back in the 12th century (during some downtime between Bubonic plague outbreaks), someone figured out that an easy way to strengthen silver for practical use while preserving its ductility, malleability, and appearance was to mix it with another, stronger metal.
Sterling silver is considered a precious metal, and consists of 92.5% pure silver. (Which is why sterling silver is sometimes referred to as â925 silver.") The other 7.5% of the alloy is usually copper, which strengthens the silver without compromising its appearance.
Itâs possible that your sterling silver could tarnish over time due to a natural chemical reaction that happens when itâs exposed to air. Luckily, sterling silver is a solid metal, so unlike gold-fill jewelry (which has a jewelerâs brass core), you can polish and clean it to your heartâs content and have it looking just as good as when you first got it without worrying about removing the outer layers of precious metal.
Note:Â When you receive your piece, you might notice that thereâs not a â925â stamped on your jewelry like with most sterling silver piecesâthis is because all of our jewelry is handmade and doesnât require a stamp of authenticity. But rest assured: We only use the highest quality, authentic sterling silver in our pieces.
What is gold-fill?
Despite its somewhat misleading name, âgold-fillâ jewelry is not actually filled with goldâitâs really the opposite. To make gold-fill jewelry, multiple layers of solid gold are pressure-bonded to a core of high-quality jewelerâs brass using extreme heat. (Industry standards dictate that your piece must be 5% solid gold by weight.) The result is a thick layer of real gold and a durable, long-lasting product. Gold-fill jewelry is a great alternative to solid gold, as it offers the ideal balance of quality and value.
Will gold-fill ever tarnish?
Gold fill can tarnish naturally over time, but itâs easily cleaned. We include a polish cloth in our packaging which we recommend using only when your piece is dull or tarnishedânot for everyday cleaning purposes. It should be used âlightlyâ and not pressed hard against the metal to remove tarnish, as it could rub off the gold on your piece over time.
How do I care for gold-fill?
With just a little care, your gold-fill jewelry can last you years. The basics include keeping it clean, keeping it dry and making sure itâs safely stored. To really get the most longevity out of your gold-fill pieces, itâs worth taking a moment to review our care tips.
