Is your order damaged, broken or incorrect? We’ll happily repair your pieces or update any personalization that wasn’t quite right.

Cost - Free with prepaid shipping label (free for U.S. domestic orders only. pricing varies if requested after the time limit.)

Time limit - 6 months for most items or 3 years for solid gold

Processing Time Estimate - 1-2 weeks plus shipping time

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Need a different size or want a totally different item? Send it back and we’ll give you store credit (in a digital gift card) to use whenever!

Cost - Free with prepaid shipping label (free for domestic USA orders only)

Time limit - 6 months from delivery date

Returns

Didn’t absolutely love your jewelry? Send it back to us for a refund.

To prepare your return for shipping, box up your jewelry securely (in the original packaging, if possible!), place it inside your mailer and attach your return shipping label to the front. Once we receive your return shipment and everything looks A-OK, we’ll refund your original payment method (excluding any delivery charges) within 1-2 weeks.

Please note: we’re a small team and keep a close eye on returns (fraudulent orders have been popping off and it really sets us back). 💔 On $300+ returns we’ve confirmed to be fraudulent, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to your original payment method—never on legit orders, and we’ll always check in before we do this.

 Cost - $8 shipping & handling fee (deducted from refund)
